When wearing a costume and pretending to be a Disney princess, you can of course go for the accessories that suit your Disney princess, however, a lot of the time, it really doesn’t matter which accessory you get for your child. Children do not appear to care too much about matching clothes to shoes or to bags, which is great as it shows adorable innocence. They really can get away with wearing overly bright or sparkly anything, and so should be allowed to, especially at Halloween.

When children are still very young, it really shouldn’t matter if the princess party accessories are not matching, it only matters if the child likes wearing them. For those children wishing to add an accessory or two to a Mulan princess costume, there is always the option of a kimono fan, but again there is no reason at all that other princesses from Disney or otherwise can not also enjoy the fan’s cooling effect too. Various adorable bags can also be excellent accessories for your very own Disney Princesses, so that they can store all their valuables like candy, and jewels for instance.

Other Disney princesses may prefer to choose their own shoes instead of the ones meant for a particular costume but this should not cause too much bother whether or not your child is Ariel, Jasmine, Cinderella or otherwise, for any pretty shoes can be the perfect accessory.

You should always be able to find a good range of accessories for princesses, Disney or not on a single site. This of course makes ordering a child’s fancy dress costume a whole lot simpler and means that you do not have to spend more time trawling the internet for various accessories to complete your child’s party or costume.

For boys, there are normally many requests for their costume to include Indian warrior weapons, such as spears of bows and arrows, whereas girls tend to be happy with their Indian costume containing a plaited wig or decorative jewellery. Your child may find that they want to have lots of wooden bracelets or plaited jewels into their hairs or in many cases, children will ask for an Indian choker necklace. These seem to be a popular choice because they can be worn by both boys and girls.

If part of the desire for your child to dress up in a costume to resemble an Indian stems from the fact that they want to beat on some drums as many films depict Indians clans doing, then this is easily sorted. There are often drums and/ or bongos sold as accessories to Indian costumes, which are such a great amount of fun that this should be a serious purchase option!

When choosing a fancy dress costume, if you come across the Indian themes, it can be extremely fun to make up Indian names too. This will really make the entire experience of wearing such a costume fun for your child, or “Running Bull / Running Brook” as he or she is now known. It is also a great time for you to get involved in your child’s play time too, for there is nothing stopping you adopting your very own Indian name as well!
