Snow White Costumes
The first Disney princess to reach our screens was Snow White. She quickly became a favourite, for she was everything a princess should be; kind, beautiful and to top it all off she could sing and was loved by animals! Your child will love dressing up as Snow White and will not be able to feel anything but special when dressed up.
Now there are not many little girls who would not want to emulate this perfect gentle princess. A Snow White costume is the ideal costume to wear to any kids’ party, for it is instantly recognizable and be easily accessorized, for Snow White is the least expensively decorated out of all the other Disney princesses. Kids Snow White costumes come in all kinds of sizes, so no girl should ever feel that she cannot have her very own Snow White costume.

Disney Snow White costumes do vary in style but generally all will have the yellow skirt along with the blue top half with red short sleeves. Some girls Snow White costumes will also include a little red cape like jacket, although if the costume of your choice does not, it makes no real difference to the Snow White effect.
Some Snow White costumes may come with a white cuff collar too but again this is not vital for a Snow White costume and there is no cause for concern if your Snow White fancy dress costume does not have one.
One of the best things about buying a girls Snow White costume is that it doesn’t really matter what colour shoes you buy to accessorize the costume with; whether black, yellow, red, blue or white.
Some people may wonder about the colour of their child’s hair not being as black as Snow White’s but this should not be of any concern. A child can get away with just wearing the actual costume, whenever and wherever they like and it doesn’t matter if they don’t resemble the actual character in real life!
A Snow White costume is more than enough for your child to feel like the Disney princess even if they have blonde hair. To add to the Disney Snow White costume, you could always add a nice red bow to your child’s hair, just as Snow White has in the Disney film, to make her really feel the part.
Adding the odd touch like this, will enable your child to look in the mirror and imagine that she really is the princess Snow White for a day or indeed, however long she feels like wearing the costume for. It seems that the younger the child is and when they actually have an input in what they wear, the longer the want to wear costumes for, whether they be going shopping, to school, a wedding and so on.
One of the best ideas for a costume party is to have the actual themes of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. For not only can you have many cute little girls dressed up in Snow White costumes but you can have all the dwarves as well. As there are 7 different dwarves, the possibilities are endless and you are very likely to end up with a very eclectic mix of Happys, Grumpys, Dopeys, Sneezyz, Sleepys, Bashfuls and Docs. As well as these, you can also have the Evil Queen, Snow White’s stepmother and Prince Charming.
By dressing in a kids Snow White costume, your child will be the princess and star of the themed party and will love it. Having bought a childrens Snow White costume may even go on to inspire you to have your very own Snow White/ Prince Charming costume to match that of your child, although it is doubtful that you will ever look quite as cute!

One of my most recent project was Ava’s Snow White costume. It’s technically her Halloween costume, however, we where able to get some extra use out of it during our vacation to Disneyworld.
